i tink i have written about this somewhere before in my blog. nevertheless. here goes. before it slips away from memory. life incidents can wait til tmr. im tired=)
its familiar. its common advice. not hard to practice. but yet so trivial. so many things fall into these categories.
looking at things from a simpler point of view. some ppl reckon that we need to take a more serious outlook of life. set things in a plan. and go about doing it. make the most of the time and stuff. fair enough. that sounds perfectly logical to me. but by doing that. i feel that u are missing out on the finer things in life. life is not juz about getting things done or doing well in ur arena. its important without a doubt. but its not ONLY about that. i got this really lame example while sitting in a car. or was it a bus. it doesnt matter. i was headed along this road. den i gazed out of the window. and wondered what i would be doing for the rest of the day. and plans for the day after and stuff. den i relaxed a little. and looked at the white lines whizzing away on the road. when the vehicle came to a stop. i looked at the grass and the bushes behind it. everything that had meant so much to be a second or two ago juz vanished.
beautiness in the simplicity of life. some ppl will never ever see it. im trying to. true beauty right before our eyes and we're not seeing it.
no wonder some ppl are juz content to live ordinary lives working hard in the fields and plantations. as compared to a life in the city.
